ultrasound
non-invasive way to examine organs that uses sound waves rather than light rays. Ultrasounds of the abdominal cavity are one way to examine the size and state of the liver.
unsterilized
not cleaned in such a way as to make sure bacteria and viruses are not on the surface of the equipment
urine
yellowish liquid of water and waste stored in the bladder and released through the urethra; also known as piss or pee
