L’Anonyme is a mobile intervention group for youth aged 14-30. They do community outreach to provide youth with information related to HIV, hepatitis C, and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). Their focus is on harm reduction, so they also offer a needle exchange and have a mobile nurse and testing services.

TRAC is a harm reduction organization with both outreach and a fixed needle exchange site. They distribute materials for safer injecting, safer crack smoking and safer sex. Plein Milieu works with youth and people who use drugs around harm reduction. Activities include distributing safer injection and safer smoking supplies and providing education on preventing Hep C and other infections. Le Programme National de Mentorat sur le VIH-Sida et sur les hépatites virales (PNMVS) is a continuing education program targeted to doctors, pharmacists and nurses providing care to people living with HIV/AIDS and people living with viral hepatitis. They provide information on viral hepatitis and hepatitis C/HIV co-infection.
Membership is free and required in order to use their services.

P.A.C.T. de Rue is an organization for street and at-risk youth aged 12-25. They offer counselling and referral services, as well as a needle exchange. RAP Jeunesse runs a night-based mobile outreach program called L'Accès-Soir. Outreach workers distribute condoms, injection equipment and inhalation equipment.
The Accès-Soir travels to Ahuntsic, Cartierville, St-Laurent, Montréal-Nord, Pierrefonds et Parc-Extension.

RÉZO is a community organization that promotes the sexual, social, and emotional health of gay and bisexual men in Montréal. They have a Hepatitis C program for male sex workers, which offers: basic information and workshops on Hep C and STIs, nutrition information and group meals, individual counseling, referrals to treatment and other social services and condom distribution. Their Hep C worker also provides an accompaniment service to all medical and other appointments. They also have a nurse on-site once a week who offers HIV, Hep C and STI testing.

Stella provides support and information for sex workers to promote their health and safety. They run training and workshops on Hep C, HIV and STIs, offer on-site testing twice a month as well as nurse mobile services, on-site and mobile needle exchange services, accompaniment, counseling, referrals, and work in local detention centers. Stella also produces publications on Hep C and safety for sex workers.
