The SHARP mobile van is a program of the Saskatoon Tribal Council Urban Health Services that is intended to improve access to health services and to decrease the incidence of diseases like HIV and Hep C. They have a needle exchange service on their van which parks behind the Westside Community Clinic. Transportation and referrals to healthcare clinics and support services are available to clients.

SWITCH and the Westside Community Clinic offer a needle exchange service for located at the Westside Community Clinic in Saskatoon. This needle exchange is usually used as a last resort due to limited storage of harm reduction supplies and operates using a 5 needles for 5 needles policy.
