Blood Ties provides Hep C services including testing, counseling, education workshops and community outreach to individuals, groups and schools throughout the Yukon, including rural communities. The centre offers support and counseling services for people living with Hep C and their families including: food programs, naturopathy, housing advocacy, therapeutic counselling, transportation assistance, and emergency financial assistance.  The centre also offers anonymous needle exchange and safer crack kit distribution program for people who use injection and inhalation drugs.

CPAOC is composed of non-governmental organizations, incarcerated people and ex-incarcerated people across Canada that work with people in prison on HCV/HIV/AIDS and/or human rights, health promotion and harm reduction issues.

The mandate of CPAOC is to advocate for human rights, harm reduction (such as Prison-based Needle and Syringe Programs) in regards to HCV/HIV/AIDS and other systemic issues in all federal prisons and provincial institutions in Canada.

The YCDC offers Hep C testing and treatment services for people in the Yukon on both an appointment and drop-in basis.  They have a Hep C nurse who works with patients when they are going through treatment and a Hep C Specialist who visits and monitors patients on a regular basis. Referrals to support services can be provided to clients upon request.

This collaborative community program serves marginalized and street-involved individuals in the city of Whitehorse by providing harm reduction supplies, needle exchange, safer crack kit distribution, hygiene supplies and access to nursing and support services to people at risk of or living with Hep C and other illnesses.
